Technical Oil on sump

Just been doing all the regular check on my car. i took a plug out to see what they are like cos done 20k and haven't changed em yet[:0] and there was oil all arround the bit with the nut bit on. so i had a look to see if there was any on the floor but noticed that the sump was wet and it seems to be covered in oil. its only down one side and on the base. its the side that the gearbox is on.
Fiat took my 2nd gear out other week as my syncros have gone (still awaiting parts) before i go down 2moro where could it be from and what could of caused it. i had my rocker gasket changed about a month ago!!

If its by the spark plug then it can only be the rocker cover gasket, is this sealed properly or did you forget to wash off the old oil from last time ??

fiat replace it so they say prob b thr same one takin it in 2moro so c what they say
