Oil leak from Sump oil. oil from filter, not sure... it's either one.

Clean all the mess off then identify from whence it came.

Most certainly coming from the drivers side under the bonnet. It's 10 years old being a 2000 model, does it require flushing out? Will this solve the leak?

No.

If the sump is rusty, its new sump time.

Do clean off the oil and identify the source of the leak before speculating.
