hi everybody i have a oil leak on my punto turbo diesel sx version, i think i have managed to locate it and its near the oil cooler,does any one know of any problems with these? are they hard to repair? and does anyone know roughly how much one would cost thanks

Try Wynns engine leak stop u can get it from most car stores (e.g. Halfords, Motorworld etc). Works sometimes, u put it straight into the oil and it seals leaks sorta like radweld does for radiators. Its not expensive and worth a try first, depends really how big the oil leak is.

found a big hole on my oil cooler,rang fiat for a price they said £130 for the cooler and £100 for the pipework. rang a breakers near mine and i got it all for £20 and a garage round the corner fitted it for £40 i saved over £200 its worth getting bits from a scrapyard for mk1s
