oi veggies - HELP!

H and I are hoping to finally have a house warming party next month and we are going to do a BBQ (as well as other food) I am going to get a cheap BBQ for the veggies...

Just want some ideas please what do veggies like to see on a bbq. I was thinking a bit more than a veggie bangar

cant go wrong with veggie burgers. think asda owns brands are ok. just do kebabs with mushrooms and peppers etc. linda mcartney's sausages are ok as well. Spuds wrapped in foil and lobbed into the coals are a good idea. Plus the meat folks will love them as well.
Just make sure the tongs are different to the meat ones or some veggies can winges like feck lol

I know quite a few veggies, i have a few friends and also my brothers G/F is and Hs brother in law is. So know about the seperate untensils.

I was thinking about doing a bean chilli too for the jackets. Although I now know that lea and perins sauce isnt veggie

you can get a vegi version of worcester sauce from tesco, in the gluten free bit made by life (free from), it also low salt and made in a nut free factory.

Cheers - I usually make my own chilli from scratch and put in the sauce so be great to get some in

My lass has something called "hendersons relish". Its basically a veggie version of lee and perins . Tastes pretty much the same tbh.
Have you thought of tofu kebabs. Need to marinade them overnight first as can be pretty bland. Should be nice with a bog standard bbq marinade. Errrr can I come to yours for this bbq as well lol.

lol why you think I said marinade first. Paneer is the mutts though. Can cook with it and dont melt. Perfect for a bbq

I have quorn chicken pieces in the freezer - would these do for a mixed kebab of "meat" and veg? Not used the chicken before so not sure what its like

indian cheese, but it dont taste like cheese and dont melt. you can get it in tesco or indian food shop or make it.
if you buy it get a block and cut into squares,
