General Odometer not working

Help, I had the instrument panel out of my Brava today to change a bulb. Once I had replaced it I switched on again and it appears that the odometer is not working. Speedo, petrol guage etc is fine but no central display of miles. Have I done something that means a reset by a dealer is needed?

Any advice welcome.

Not working as in no numbers or not counting up? (no dealer reset) Put bulb in right? can you see the numbers if you look closely?

Not working, as in no numbers can be seen.

Is there a backlight bulb that may have blown?

I took the clear front cover off, when doing so I noticed a long "spike" that could have been some sort of switch or is that me being paranoid?

Yes there is a bulb there...look very closely(use torch if you have to)sure theres no numbers there(ignition on)?

I had a look with a torch, the numbers are all there. So definitely the bulb then. I will go out & purchase a few!!!
