o2 top up

anyone else on o2, i topped up last night at 7pm and its still not added it to my fone!!!
i rang up and the server thingy is down!!

Nice of them to cause problems on a saturday night just when everyone wants to use their phone to organise nights out and so on . We have had a power cut here this morning, knocked out the mobile phone transmitter as well so couldn't even report it, but come back on now .

Hey just seen ur add. My mum topped her phone up 2 days ago and it didnt add it. she went and complained and they gave her a number to phone. When u phone up it said that there is a problem with the system, but ur credit will be added eventually. hope this helps.

Ah, interesting, tried to top up Jules 02 phone Friday night, and at the end said wasn't able to be processed. I haven't done one since, nor checked her top-up balance!

I was on O2 for about 3 years. I had loads of trouble towards the end with txt messages that took £4 from me everytime I got one! I complained loads of times, but they just fobbed me off! I'm on Vodaphone now, better service and signal too!
