I dont agree that Robbie is riding on the success of Angels. He has had many other hits since this song. Yes, it is a master piece of a song and it hasnt done his career any harm at all. Most bands or soloist have one song we remember them by. I have been to a robbie gig a few years ago and when he sung angels, the atmosphere was amazing. He is a showman, and that is why he has the success he has worked hard for and deserves. Looks really dont have a lot to do with it in my book...look at Jagger, he's no oil painting.
