General NOW what have I broken?

While washing my Brava at the weekend, I noticed I had cracked some flat plastic bit underneath. It's about 6 ins long, just behind the tyre under the front pasenger door, behind the 'useless bit of plastic next to the tyre' that does nowt. Any ideas what this broken bit of plastic is and do I need to do anything about it? Thanks.

no but i would`nt worry about it.put some black tank tape over the crack.

if it aint broke dont fix it.purple pain.up the villa.brava 1.6sx.
