Technical Not starting doblo

Hi guys I have a small problem. I was Going to use the Van to jump start another vehicle That I own and upon taking off the positive red Terminal and then replace it again The Van will not start. The van is a 2023 plated. Thank you

Hello,

There are main fuses on the battery. Are they OK?

Disconnect the battery according to the procedure in the owners' manual and check the voltage.

Was the doblo running when you started the other vehicle?
Had you left the keys of doblo in ignition?
What is the immobilizer light doing on doblo?
Does the doblo crank on starter but not start?
