General noob needs help

hi, new here , and new to fiats would be glad of some help advice etc cinquecento sporting
my passanger window stopped , i heard a popping sound like a fuse , drivers window is dead too . checked all fuses under steering wheel all ok . does any-one know where fuse is for elec windows or is it relay driving me mad and i will soon scrap car as getting pissed with it please help

Seperate relay and fuse board under passenger side baby changing unit.
