Noisy and cracking door.

Hi.
Hi door have started to make this cracking sound, its really bad, and occurs when opening AND closing the door.
I've tried to fix it like the guide says, but it didn't help. Both allen bolts were allready a tight fit.

The sound comes from the hinge on the car part of the door, if that make any sence ???

Its that little metalic splien that apparently moves when the door open and closes.

Anyone had this problem??? and most importent, how did you fix it?

Plz help cause this is making my head hurt whenever i get into my car

Your problem is the door check. This is common on all Fiat cars. I had to replace mine twice since i got my car two years ago.
Your can buy the door check from any fiat dealer for about 10 euro or what ever that is in pounds.
The same part does the drivers and passangers door.
The door trim has to be removed when replacing this.
Somebody else might tell you exactly how to do this, but its not too difficult
