Technical Noise from Engine

Hi I wounder if any one can help, im getting a funny noise from the engine when i put the clutch down on my punto 75sx. Sounds like a fan belt slipping but its not that as i have checked it.

Some one said to me it could be a thrust bearing does this sound about right or is it the clutch?

there are some bearinsg in the clutch that cause noise when they go. one is clutch release bbearing and i guess they may also be a thrust bearing. anyway if it is that you can get it repaired or replace the clutch. to repair it they have to take clutch out so may not cost to much more to replace it especially if its done alot of miles allready.
but most clutch places will be able to jump in have a quick listen and tell you what it is.

Yeah as he said depending on the miles of the car and the last time it had a clutch or if had a clutch, You will prob need to change both, because its only a mechanical bearing not hydraulic its guna be cheap,
