Technical No Brakes after checking pads and shoes

Hi Folks
The brakes on my wife's Multipla were making noises so I decided to check the pads and shoes. Both had sufficient meat on them so i put the drums and wheels back on. half an hour later she went to use it and No Brakes.. pedal very soft goes to floor but works if you pump it. Any ideas??

Sounds like air has got into the system. Try bleeding the brakes.
