Technical Newbie looking for 15 inch in seicento 1.1 hobby

Hi there folks!
I bought a seicento hobby 1.1
Firstly out of need bc thats what i could afford but i fel in love with her.
I want to put 15inch on her.
What do i need to look out for?
Do i need to use wheel spacer? If i do how wide should i use?
Is it possible to put up a 6jx15 et 40 on her?
If it is then what tire should i put on her, and how wide spacers should i use?

Hi

i think you will need 10-12mm spacer minimum to clear the rear arms

as for tyres I did it about 20 years ago using 195/45 but these days I’d probably go for 165/45 or 175/45 if they exist

From what car? I think Doblo had such wheels but I haven't seen them on a Cento and weren't sure if they could fit without any modification.

They're advertised they fit to a lot of Fiat models, Doblo is indeed one of them.
