Newbie Fiat 500

Hey guys,

I’m new here with a problem

I got a fiat 500 Twinair that has a problem with its air conditioning . I check the pressure and the fillage of the coolant and everything was good. But my problem is that the engine fan is not running. I can test it via Multiecuscan but it is not running when I use the climate controls. So is it possible that the control unit of the air condition broken or anyone have a another suggestions ?
