Aren't we in the UK all glad we opted for small cars like the Panda with the new tax bands coming out ?

Pleased to see that my 1.2 dualogic will have lower tax than the 1.2 manual version as dualogic is 127 & manual 133, multijeters will be smiling even more!:devil:

Tbh, this is even more incentive to buy a really fast pre 2001 car.

I'm currently saving for a ford cougar 2.0 16v with really high emmisions but pre 2001, to go along side my 1.2 Grande Punto:slayer:

Would you like to some emissions plz?

Well, the tax on my punto i paid £63 5 mths ago and now i have a new panda it is now costing £66. Its Pi**ed me right off.

I've been thinking about this but the petrol price is putting me off from running something fast

Hopefully when Gordo goes the new government will remove the silly new tax system as a way of winning voter's confidence back

Goes up a tenner every year I think which is what it's always seemed to do on my last couple of cars. I guess in the scheme of running a car that's nothing to really worry about....
