Hey all
some of you's will know me from over at the punto section, or atleast homeward
does, :)

My lad has just bought an old panda,that needs some good tlc
so iguess iwill end up doing it all -paying for most of it lol,

this panda is well known here iguess, its been passed around,
its in a right state but iwill get it looking good,


my son has learning difficulties/disabled so this will keep him occupied,
im right miffed at who sold it him tho,
roof rails was in the advert here on the forum if these wasnt going with the car why didnt you say so in the add?
why take them off thats naughty :mad:

does it say in the add they are not with the car?

If he shows roof rails in the photos, then one would assume that these form part of the deal, however for the asking price that might be a stretch too far.

The seller should have made it clear at the outset in the blurb of the listing that they were excluded. Just a little naughty IMO.
 
I know what you mean though, fair enough if you're taking them off on a car that cheap, but you say you're taking them off in the ad, or take them off before you take the pics.
Still can't be bad for the money though, it's a no loss car, even if it turns out to be a nightmare underneath you'll make the cash back on easy to remove bits without really trying. Good luck with it.
 
ah well not too worry,
just holes in the roof to sort now,

ive had a quick look over it, welding wise it isnt going to be a big mission,
tank pipes are off top of tank float assy, retaining bolt snapped, so new one required before iget this up and running,

some ebay trawling later, interior/drivers wing mirror, new shocks springs,

iwill get cylinder head off tomoz and send it in monday for a skim,

the more ilook at this car the more bits ifind missing,
not much out there interior wise on ebay, ifound one upto now but thats in newcastle.. :(
 
just put a drop of fuel down carb,
& the old girl almost runs
so engine is not locked up, (head off tomoz) hopefully imight get away with not having to skim the C/h.

iwill have this mot'd and taxed in around 4 weeks, ;)

is insurance cheap on these? :D
 
what is with this sticker, :confused:
did they come with these or are they just ebay tat?
