New or Used???

Im after putting some sills on my Bravo HLX and am wondering if anyone has undertaken the task by themselves? If i can get a set of second hand ones, is it worth fitting them or should i just shell out for the new ones??? Sorry if i sound a bit tight but the misses doesnt know!!!!
