General New laptop & Multiecuscan help

Hi
Can anyone point me in direction of a fix

New laptop, installed multiecuscan and done all the registration key swap over

But it won’t recognise my USB Elm327
So won’t connect to van

Any ideas?

I wouldn’t have a clue where or how do find them etc mate lol

As far as I remember they plugged & played on old lappy, but that was at least 4yrs ago

I think this should be the driver too allow multiecuscan to see the device as a com port
