Technical New Cinq prob

Hej all.

And thanks very much for the help on my clutch last time.
Now i have a new problem with "The little black lightning/snail", when i fill the tank more than ½ its spits the fuel back out of the fuelcap again, until the tank is only ½ filled again, guess theres a lot of presiure in the tank. Also i´ve lost a LOT of engine power since this problem begun. What is causing this , petrolfilter maybe?
