Hiya,

I have just recently purchased the above and have a question....
I traded in a 2.5 V6 Mondeo in as it was consuming quite a bit of fuel....but.....it seems like the Fiat engine is pretty juicy??
Basically I have used more fuel this weekend than what I would have used in my old Mondeo????

Car seems to be running ok even though I have not checked the basics just yet (plugs leads, air filter)

it does not smell like its running rich and the performance seems pretty ok?? Any ideas or is the 2.0 engine very juicy??

More juicy than a 2.5V6??? I got rid of that car to save money on fuel :(....Guess I might have to have a word with the dealer and see what I can do...might try to get rid of it as I cant afford to run a juicy motor at the mo...deffo not one thats more juicy than my last car!!

One question....Is there anything I could do with it engine wise to see if I could stop it from knocking back quite so much petrol?? (Apart from setting it alight in the middle of a field!!) :(

Drive gently maybe???............
I get 32/33 mpg if I'm really gentle on a run, but down to around 22 if I give it some stick
