Technical Need help with Qubo 1.4 Natural Power manual transmission

Hi everybody and greetings from Finland!

I'm having a difficult time sourcing a new used manual transmission for model year 2011 Qubo 1.4 Natural Power.
Vin: ZFA22500000148833
Motor code: 350 A1.000
Motor type: 1.4 Natural Power
Petrol/CNG
1368cm3

The problem with the old transmission is that it's leaking all of its transmission oil from the inner CV-joint gaskets. And that is happening because the inner CV-joints are rocking around the differential of the gearbox and broke the seals.

So I have two questions: I think the differential is shot but it isn't making any noise. It is just leaking all the oil from axle joints, because of all the rocking going on. Is there any easy ways to fix that?

Other question is: What I have found out by talking to some "experts" that the Qubos transmission is some odd variant that isn't used in any other Fiat.
So is it so or can I use any other Fiat transmission in the Qubo?

Yes I do know that Qubo is a joint effort by PSA and Fiat, but I think that the engine and transmission is from Fiat. So I'm still hoping that someone knows more about these awful Qubos.
