need help with group policy

Hi all
Stuck at work, eyes are killing me searching through group policy so thought i would ask here to save my eyes from certain death.
Basically im looking for the setting which enforces default home page on internet explorer. I just need to change the path but cant for the life of me find it.
Running server 2003 which may help
any help is greatly appreciated as im on the verge of locking myself in the server room and crying

So your one of the guys we used to battle against at school to get onto the porn sites
