Anyone else got it? Picked it up in the sales and its basically Burnout with official licensed cars, police chases and weapons...its awesome...Not complicated, not clever but fun.

I have GT5, after a while it is just so dull, its technically brilliant in a lot of areas, but doesn't have enough proper cars (i.e. premium ones) or unique features/tuning abilities to make it interesting in the long term. That and in some areas its plain crap...
Midnight Club is a good shout for Arcade racing games, I finished it and the add on pack too, quality game, I used to recommend it over the NFS title of the time but the new one is better than that.

i got bored of the whole runnign away from the cops by knocking giant donuts over lol.

how could you say gt5 is dull lol, the modifing on gt5 is much better than NFS as you know what everr little mod does and you go around corners realistic lol, as for the body work i dont spend me money on that so thats why i prefer gt5 lol

Ive got it its CRAP!. All you do is run from police. Or chase people whole game. race 6 You get the reventon fastest police car in the game. Cant customise the cars or even buy cars. Just unlock threw the game. Basic its just a remix of the original Hot Pursuit with better graphics. I would give it 5/10.

Not long started playing it and i think it won't be long before GT5 comes out :D

The graphics are really good, and the fact that it throws varying weather conditions in is good too.

The car's just don't handle right in my opinion either and some of the game play is a bit bizarre!

In some of the tasks as a police officer you have to respond to an emergency call in a cop car, and you have to get to the destination in a given time without hitting anything, otherwise you get time penalties, hit the barrier add 2 seconds, hit traffic add 3 seconds, yet if you actually crash in to a vehicle you get no penalty!!

Play it like burnout ie release the power turn in put it back on and you get an easily controlled artificial drift which you can alter the line of by pulling the brake, no surprise as it was made by the same people. Not a natural way of driving if you haven't played burnout, Once you get it you pop 220 mph drifts in a veyron with ease.

I think its a great game, awesome music and great for pick up and play. Aint been on GT5 up for ages now
