Sorry for being so gloomy but...

I have just had a nightmare of an exam and think that I have failed :(

My mind just completely blanked, (although some could say that that is its normal state), and all I could do was waffle a bit and stare at the clock:(

Just down in the dumps at the moment.

i am sure all will be ok do as imola says get drunk u will forget and be nursing a hang over tomorrow and want be worried about any exam :D

It doesn't matter-its in the past. If it did go abysmally surely you can do it again sometime? Anyway...don't worry, be happy! :D

Thanks guys I can feel a beer coming on shortly.

Sammi, only next week!! I'm feeling better already:)

Its been a long hard 6 month slog and I just can't bear to think that its been wasted.

But it says something for the crew on here that the first thing I did when I got home was log in :)

It might not be as bad as you think sometimes the worse you think you've done the better it sometimes turns out...I had a really bad interview once - what I thought was the worst ever - but I got the job...

Anyway, glad to feel your feeling a bit better of chatting to us lot!

Try not to worry!

I understand completely, I'm not an exam person and have had a few 'mares' in my time.

BUT! As you say, you've worked hard, I always see the worst too, but its because after all the hard work the exam is an anti-climax, I always come away feeling gutted, but somehow I manage to pass. Just try and remember, its probably because your expectations of yourself are so high you are disappointed ;)

Exams are nothing but an excercise to test your ability to parrot everything you've been taught. I'm not good at written exams- if only we could do everything orally life would be so much easier.

Yeah I'm doing retakes in january. Meh. Boring but has to be done I s'pose.

Re: Try not to worry!

Ouch business strategy. Not a nice thing top try and study. Who cares? You can always do it again!!

Have a beer and put it behind yu as a lost cause!! THats what I did after my exams last year!!Worked a treat. :D

Re: Try not to worry!

Yeah Kirsty I agree, I understand the application of all the models, I just can't remember the stupid names of the people who made them, and that is required to get the marks.

Its just not the same saying "....and to maximise growth if we look at, erm, you know, thingy's model, the one that says you have to..." ;)
