Nations online game

Bit of a long shot, but a few years ago I remember signing up to a game which was something to do with 'Nations'.

Basically you made your nation, called it what ever you wanted, then had some scenarios that would effect things in your nation.

I cant for the life of me remember the name though...anyone able to help?
