General Mystery Reservoir

I have an 07 Pand 1.3 multijet diesel. In the engine compartment, there are two reservoirs containing hydraulic fluid.

One, which is certainly the brake reservoir, says "Use dot 4" hydraulic fluid. The other reservoir is situated just centre of the passenger side supension mount beneath the windscreen and on a level with the top shock absorber nut. It says on the lid "Use dot 3" hydraulic fluid. There's no mention of this reservoir in the many pages of Owner's Manual.

What is it? What is it for? Clutch? Steering?

I'd be grateful if someone could tell me.

power steering i think. shouldnt think the clutch will need a reservior.
