Hi All,

Just thought Id share some pics of my punto. As the title says, its very standard at the mo. Trying to find some clear indicators (front and side) and also some fog lights. Might just get them for the look as attaching them seems to be a bit tricky. I guess my car will have brackets to hold the fog lights in place???

Anyways, here is my car.

Its not in bad nick considering its 10 yrs old. Got a few stratches but nothing major. Just wish I could improve the 'look' a bit, without spending a lot of money.

Thanks for having a look :D(y)

you would be better off searching the scrappies for a bumper with the fogs already in, the later mk1s with out fogs have the wiring already there so have a look, if you have you just need a switch panel from a car that had fogs.

if you don't have the wires, when you get the fogs from a scrappy leave the plugs in them and cut the wires off leaving a fair bit of the lamps, you can then get a kit with all you need and instructions to wire them up for £5

compliment, its a nice punto, and the photography is spot on! :)
i can take the odd decent pic that stands out.
get some nice 16s on and a lowering kit, with some clear side repeaters and front indicator, whats you opinions on de-badged, would look cleaner IMO :)

Thank you

Was thinking some 15s and not 16s!? Going to try and find some clear headlights and indicators tomorrow. I have taken off the 60 badges on the side however the bonnet badge is screwed in place. I took it off today to find a big dent and 3 rather noticeble holes so had to screw the badge back on. Same goes for the back, they arent screwed but they do have poppers which leave holes. Bit rubbish really as I wanted to removed the bonnet badge. Failing that i am going to pick up a mk2 badge tomorrow at my local fiat dealer, think they look a little nicer!

What do you reckon?

Just like to say, thank you for your advice however i do not understand a word of it  Im not exactly mechanically minded, my otherhalf isnt too bad but he would need clear instructions. Tbh im not sure if my car even has brackets in place for fog lights. Need to check.

lol
15s would look smart! :)
Easy way to get rid of the holes is abit of fibreglass behind the holes and body filler over the top and a sand and paint would do the trick :)

have you thought of using sporting bumpers?

eeermm no  tbh I have never modified a car before - i really want to get into it but being only 22 and having just bought a house money is rather tight as you can imagine. My otherhalf has a lovely mk2 ibiza cupra sport with all the extras and its making my punto look rather - well boring.

Where can i get these things from and how easy are they to fit.

I am here to learn - teach me! (y):D

Spray painted and then varnished! (y) Also removed the 60 badges from the side.

I have my clear front and side indicators on order. Should be with me by saturday depending on how fast royal mail can get their ass back in order :(
