Had a quick look on the phone - there's a piece missing even if the rusty bits are treated ok, so I'd still be looking for a piece or they would look awful

Ah good, . Don't suppose you have the captive nut assemblies that fit behind the roof lining as well?

i might do but they are in-between the roof and liner, how hard/easy is it to get liner off?

There's a plastic popper in the middle that you need to remove, plus the grab handles have to go. The lining can then be gently prised down. Would be very useful if you can get the fixings as they are a unique shape.

yes they will its 8m bolt to attach 2 each roof rail.
