My red Saab 900 has been stolen. J129HFR

Hi folks,

I know this isn't FIAT, but I'm posting it everywhere I can think of - so I hope you don't mind me putting it here.

Had hoped never to have to write this post but here we are.

My red 900 turbo has been stolen by some waste of skin from in-the-sticks Gloucestershire.

Registration is J129HFR.

It's red, Aero bodykit, Super Aero wheels, twin exit exhaust. Resprayed bay and running T5.5 engine management. Any info on here or to 07964 333771 much appreciated

Apparently, a few cars have been getting stolen in the area recently - police are checking Brockworth.

This. Sucks. Balls.

Wow! The system works!

It has been found - about 10 miles away, doused in petrol, wiring trashed. They didn't manage to torch it, though

Awaiting the go-ahead from the police to give it a once over at the recovery place, but at least they've found it!

Holy Christ there really are some d**k heads about! I guess newer cars aren't so easy to pinch these days so old ones - especially quick ones! - are a prime target

I remember you talking to me about this car. I really hope you can get it sorted and back on the road soon bud

Yikes! My Dad just told me about this as he spotted it on the Scirocco forum! Sounds like you are very lucky, maybe they got interrupted by someone. So sick this world sometimes...hope it is not too difficult to fix back up anyway. Let me know if there's anything I can do to help.

Surprised they've the funds to douse in petrol with the price of it these days.

Glad it's been found though, and as others have said I hope it's fairly easily repairable and that the scum are found, and dare I even say punished!

I'll update this as I learn more - unfortunately the recovery place was closed today so couldn't give it a once over.
