Yeah and some arm ache to go with it

Cutting paste, clay bar and lots of polish over three days.

Just the rear quarters and bonnet left though, should be nice and shiney for stanford.

By the way I have 4 of those Fiat Forum Logo stickers left, will sell them at stanford for a couple of pound each, 1st come 1st served though.

Ok the thread is only a few hours old but I got bored watching TV and sorted the badge out:

Don't know whether to put one on the back or keep the debadged look.
Looks a bit blank to me without badges or wiper so I might stick one on, what are people's opinions? Believe it or not I care what you guys think

Yes they are so they don't fit the recess, still look 100% better imho and if you use a hammerite paint lid to fill the recess, even better

Yeah just so happens the small hamerite tins are the exact size of an origional punto badge

Do you think I should put a badge on the back? The one on the front only cost 99p off ebay (+£1.99 p+P)

TBH i dont think so because i have never liked the 2b because of the badge on the back its just too big imo

Hmmm thats what I thought, but at the same time the boot lid looks too bare. The 2b might look silly as its smack-bang in the middle, I might try one in the bottom right corner. Dunno yet, see what others think.

i think just put the punto badge on. thats what i'm doing with mine taking the fiat of and leaving the punto and sporting badge on

I was considering a red PUNTO badge in the bottom right corner, but not the standard one, the one off the interior of the grande punto. You know the one that looks like a person?

i'm not sure if red would be best option not sure if you'll be able to see it properly therefore rendering it quite pointless get a nice contrasting colour.

No because the badge is silver, its only the dot above the P that is red.

And then obviously UNTO in silver after that.

and if the red dot does blend in you've still got punto in a different style to every other mk2.

My point exactly mate, its all about looking unique without Lairy bodykits on my way to ebay as we speak.

yes subtle can sometimes stand out more and look alot better than in your face bodykits imo
