Beau, do what I do, service with "performance" items! I.E, need new brake pads and discs- get fast road pads and some drilled/grooved discs, need an air filter- get an induction kit etc etc.

hmmmm lol, well i do have 9 months to sort it so aint that worried what i buy first.

but i need new doors asap really! its annoying when people see my car, think hmmm nice, go round other side and oh... the nice comments stop

oh you uploaded it lol, but yeah, im normally one for drilling airbox, but i dont have a drill anymore, so it got some saw action going to get cold air feeds for it too, cos it will suck in warm air off manifold otherwise lol loads better than any k&n ****e imo

and my new mats only cost £14.99 so yeah there good, think im going to swap em for black though, and get something stitched on em too, abarth probably

not dark, so may as well get black as that blue looks like what a grandad would have :yuck:

I thought you were getting black ones with blue stitching at first! I don't know, bright blue will be a bitch to keep clean in winter, but could look smart, along with blue leather gear and handbrake gaiters.

painted a brake caliper, it went wrong lol, i ended up painting more than im supposed to i think! lol well this is after 1 coat, so up close it looks a mess! lol but a metre away and it looks fine, so second coat should make em look good.

also tried to do the rocker cover thing- dont ask!

im quite pleased with it now, it should look better than before when fitted but tbh, its still crap lol, after second coat it went a bit better

Those wheels look sweet Bow, and the calipers are a nice touch. But wtf is going on with that airbox!

And Skinz, thats my theory too! Replaced brakes with EBC ones, and getting a GSR when I get a reply to my email lol

Rocker cover looks OK, and don't be lazy with the exhaust, took me 2 hours to get mine off, and 20 minutes to put the new one on!

im sorry, but hacking off your airfilter is plain ridicously, tht is gona suck up so much hot air your performance is going to be crap. No cold air feed will sort that out. Get a proper induction kit? ...i agree k&n are not worth the money - but what about a GSR or a BMC CDA? Out of intrested what did you paint the rocker cover with - hope it was the propa enamel or powercoat paints?

The calipers look alright, i give mine about 8/9 thick coats and they still look ace a year later

Do things properly, dnt skimp? and make sure u put your car back togetha properly when u have finished playing with the parts dont want you having an accident!

Just woundering does you car even have an MOT?
