Introduction

my new car, nice drive, cant get sat nav working,not sure if the maps only last so long ? could do with new cd roms. phone apparantly not working, but still checking that.only got one key, can you get a non genuine copy remote key ? as fiat key is £300 Any help appreciated please.....

Do the satellite and phone aerial symbols at the top left of the screen show fully green?

The map discs don't time expire. Which version map do you have?

Which version firmware does the Connect Nav+ unit have? There should be a number at the bottom right corner of the blue Fiat screen when you first switch the CN+ on.
