My understanding is this.
If you visit the dealer, you will deal with and negotiate the price with pewsham garages.
Test drives are available, the whole dealer experience etc as with any other dealer.
If you phone fiat supersaver, you wil be given the prices as listed on their web site. However, they will not invite you to the showoom, or give test drives etc. They will just take orders, no dealer experience.
You will collect your new car from the same place.
There's nothing dodgy about it all. It's just a way of generating more business.
