Try taking the Connect Nav+ out and checking the 10A red fuse on the back panel - I'm fairly certain it has one?

I checked the fuse with the multimeter and right. You think I can be anything?.

Do you mean only the back light for the buttons and the back light for the screen is working? or is the screen fully working?

If the screen is fully working, what is not working?

light screen and buttons, it works, but does not do anything or show anything on the screen. Can it be that the flash memory erased? Is there a procedure to reset? There is also a CD in and not out.
