General my Cinq SX pics

ok guys sorted a couple of pix out this morning, so u can decide whether its red or pink-ish lol constructive criticism & comments very welcome.
As i mentioned in my earlier post i got it very cheap, anyone wanna guess what I paid? engine runs as well as it looks.

Looks good! Very good condition. I nearly brought an SX in a light metallic blue. That was only £750, but i saw a sporting and got that instead. 3 months later, my poor Cinq needs some cosmetics, its taken a trolley in the side (nice dent) a full length keying down the right side, and a debadging from the local riff-raff. Clutch is also dying

Its kinda red, i wouldn't say its pink, but that interior needs some mods, get some seat covers and dye those door carpet bits! Not that i don't like 'em....

Hi all, thanks for checking out my Cinq, its standard interior but not a bad colour, plan to change the wheels and put side kit on it, maybe touch up the front bumper, never noticed the splitter I'll have to check it again !
Tax & Test just expired June 2003,59k on the clock, I took it off his hands for £100 a bleedin bargain methinks !!

We owned an L reg (93) Cinq SX until a year ago and I suspect it was the same colour; I would call it a metallic burgundy (it was most definitely not any shade of pink ).

Kept the car for 4 years and were really happy with it despite the usual problems such as: leaky radiator, broken handbrake cable, etc. No rust, never broke down, although not long before we sold it to buy a sei one of the valves burnt out. However, the Cinqs are easy to work on and taking the head off to replace the valve was straightforward (even for a novice like me).

In summary the Cinq SX is a (reasonably) reliable fun car. No go, but who cares when they put a smile on your face.

'ere i got a 96 N Cinq sporting, looks kinda pink-ish too. But i reckon it is actually faded coz the door interiors are slightly darker! Cant find a bleedin' colour code anywhere and i need some touch up paint; BAH! [xx(]

Wish i'd only paid 100 squid for mine, i could afford the petrol then! lol
