my car failed mot

my 1994 uno failed its mot today it failed on 2 tyres, shock absorbers, broken door (no way in drivers side) and clutch and man said the cambelt despertly needs replacing i cant afford it i didnt even ask for a quote i know id be way too much :bang: oh yer and also needs the horn rewiring thanx in advance for sayin i shld take it to the scrap yard lol. but i wld never do that.

Why not leave it for 3 years until you can get your provisional then give it a thought....?

I don't think most of that is checked by the MOT gaz..

How come if you're not old enough to drive, you want to MoT your car?? surely its a waste of money??

I know . A lot of it can be done pretty cheaply if all you want to do is get the car through the MOT and aren't worried about it being 100% roadworthy for the forseeable future.

my also clutch n cambelt dont come into the mot,
all them things can also be replaced for hardly nothing if you do it yourself, why you want MOT anyway you not allowed to drive on the road, you gonna get gf to drive it?

think they avin you on there mate.half of that aint on an mot.what is,is no prob to fix.do some of the smaller jobs and take it somewhere eles.
