someone plase help.

My bravo jus wont start up anymore. last week it started fine and when i went to start it a few days ago everything turns over as normal but the engine jus wont fire up for some random reason.

i was told it could be down to the cold weather but i dnt no. i have been told so many things frm the crank scensor, fuel pump, injection system and earthing points and everyhing is fine.

What could this be? if anyone in birmingham can have alook id b very happy lol or someone on here.

Ben

why dont you try bumpin it 1st,see if itll get going that way then if it does leave it running for a while...then turn off + back on see if itll refire up...

tried fella no luck. my dad gonna get me a garage heater. see if that wrks

u hadno luck bumpin it? most cars always go with a good bump..Wud it not fire up at all?

An old trick my dad use to do with his old fiesta ( at the time lol) was take the plugs out, clean them and wack them under the grill to heat up lol :D..Worked tho haha

if its a fault with engine management bumpstarting will do nothing.

start from the ground up.

press the fuel cutoff button to make sure it hasnt triggered. MK1 under passenger seat MK2 inn passenger foot well.

check battery voltage if you dont have 12volts the ecu wont come on meaning the fuel pump etc etc wont come on.

do you have fuel (is the pump priming/running when you turn the ignition on)

do you have spark?

also engine size and year will help

Is it a 1.4 12V ? lol.. mine has the same problem, very temperamental..

Have been told its the single-injector.. but other suggestions were - oil in spark plugs (from leaking rocker cover) and coil pack.
