Also here winter tyres are on now. Big difference in regards to the comfort. The roof is freshly impregnated for the cold and wet season, too.

Looks great. Really like the look of the white winter wheels.

I ordered a new tin of Fabsil Gold yesterday to do the roof at the weekend. Still haven’t fitted the winter wheels though.

I used to use sprays because they are quicker, but they only give a light dusting in comparison to the Fabsil that comes in large tins which you apply with a paint brush, so it really soaks in.

I used that spray already for the predecessor 500C which we had for almost 11 years and it was O.K.

Agreed, for the last 20 or so years I used to spray my convertible hoods and was quite happy with the results. Far better to protect them, than not. However, I didn’t know you could buy it in tins and paint it on with a brush.

I’ve just put on the 14” version of the same tyre.

I also noticed that having cleaned and coated the roof a Seagull has crapped right in the centre of it today. God only Knows what they eat, it’s disgusting.

Technically you can install them on all FIATs with PCD 4x98.

But I have an italian document, where the normal versions are listed. Don´t wonder, it is for both wheel variants 7,5x17 ET35 4x98 and 7,5x17 ET40 4x100. (This are not the original Abarth esseesse wheels, those are Technomagnesio 0.5 inch wider)
