Nice car! Optional Recaros as well. I always liked the "Moonstone Green" colour. I used to have one with 150k+ on the clock when I sold it. It's still alive but off the road presently.

Did you buy that car from Martin of the Sporting fiats Club? - it looks familier and it also featured on the old John Lee tipo site but with differenmt wheels.

If you havn't already - make sure that Cam and balancer belts and tensioners are all ok.

Gary - sedici 2000 - who gets on here broke one same colour so if you need any bits he's the man to ask.

Thanks for the info i do need a few things, cambelt tensioner water pump
etc are are on the to do list

yes it was Martins car

Did he leave the quick "chip" in it?

I am sure he will have looked after the car BUT - belts, tensioners and waterpump check must be the first job just in case unless you have proof they have been changed in less than 5 years.

You will love the car - I promise you!!

Looked after hahaha last time i saw that tipo it was sat rotting on martins drive. glad it's gone to a loving home now.(y) such a shame to keep seeing it rotting away.

yes i believe the chip is still in.

as for rotting away the only bit of welding needed is under the o/s/f
inner wheel arch apart from that its pretty solid but like i said it has been
standing for a few years so certian things are seized up rear brakes pas pump door catch to name a few, mind you all electrics work fine and slowly but surly i will get up to scratch

Andy

Mmmmmm I wondered if you would put up a picture. I should have had a fiver on it!!

Last time I saw the car in action it was towing a racing Uno to a Castle Coombe track day, must have been 4/5 years ago. I think I realy peed Martin off by being more interested in the tow car!!

MIKE

Just thinking - it would be great to create that kind of picture again. I shall be a Brooklands in the Sedici by the way - any other Teapots going?

If you are book early , save some dosh and that way make sure you don't get directed to the ordinary carpark as Mr Ward is threatening to do. I bet if you turnbed up late in a Ferrari he would let you in!!

MIKE

that will cool to recreate that pic when i get round to getting j llo back on the road.

Know what you mean about Ferraris and brookland, have booked my tickets but will be in the 131.

hopfully i can hunt you down and have a look round your sedici

Andy

Got the rear calipers working ok but need some dust seals for them, can you still get hold of them
