I'm a fan of all sorts.
By choice I listen to heavy metal. My fave bands include Caliban, Machine Head and No Comply. I do find classical music very relaxing though. I do like a bit of Vivaldi.
Also in my collection though, you will find the Chemical Bros and Prodigy so my tastes are quite varied.
I think thats the best way though.

i like trance, dance, punk, ska, some dnb is ok but wouldnt listen to it if i had a choice. hardcore aswell (dance)

Some of JH is the best in the business, i have Small World Big Band 1 and 2 (bought at a high cost!) and have listened to the first one a lot, some good tracks some just not to my liking, I can't remember where I have put the second, might look for it and give it another try. My favourite from number 1 are "orange and lemons" with suggs, phonics with revolution (excellent track!) and also "say hello and wave goodbye" i forget who with.
My music liking is something I simply can't put a name/genre on because it's so broad but usually includes a vocal part you can sing along with and it's usually fairly easy to listen to. I looked on itunes at the music I have and the genres say "rock/indie" mainly.

but best driving music by far is Dire Straits and Fleetwood mac
best revision music (for all those with exams) radio head/eels

I've listened to a mates copy of their album. Not brill. Prefer the EP too and their live set is brill. I think it has alot to do with their gear set up on live performances. Lots of bass from the bass and kick drum really drives home the melodies and strong rhythms.

2002 was the best I went to. Cooper Temple Clause, Raging Speedhorn, Hell is for Heroes and Foo Fighters did great sets. Princess Superstar and Dillinger Escape Plan didn't sound too bad with way too much beer in me too. lol.

Their live set is amazing. I love them live. Once me and a mate ended up on stage singing "Your Life (Is Your Direction)". Now that was a lotta fun. We used to go everytime they played Leeds so they got to know us. Just haven't had chance recentlysmurfhead said:

I don't have any musical tats but my taste is pretty eclectic. I'm not a fan of urban music and jazzy stuff but pretty much anything else is OK. Particular interests include neoclassical and bhangra but I would appear to be alone in this In-car music is still on Christmas stuff (I was going to change it this weekend but left before I got chance), current charty stuff and some seventies disco classics to dance to in the car .
