my multipla comes with imobilizer/ central lock and alarm. however the alarm not functioning anymore. i already take out the alarm unit and my central lock still functioning. not sure about the imobilizer but checking thru the workshop cd, says the imobilizer comes with seperate unit.
my question is whether i can but those "reasonablly" priced alarm with remote control and attached it together with my factory fit central lock. multipla's arm/disarming the alarm is thru the central lock unit and i've check the manual there is no where mentioned about arm/disarm the factory fitted alarm using remote.
is it still posibble to do this? (attached the aftermarket alarm with remote and activate it using my central lock unit.
