Technical Multipla 1.9 MJT 2007 - Clone remote key possible?

Hello
I bought this car and it comes with 3 keys, two blue - one with remote - and one black. I have the code card to request a copy.
Here I asked for a copy of the remore key and they told me I must pay 300E..

Is there any other way to get a working key?
I read here on the forum that I can reprogramme the remote using multiecuscan. Do you know if it's possible?
