Hello Again,

Official figures for the combined consumption are @65mpg. I was wondering what you guys have actually recorded and what sort of driving you do to achieve your figures?

Thanks guys

p.s. Only 10wks to go until the vanilla yellow beast arrives!

My average is about 58mpg doing 75-85mph carrying 4 adults over 110 miles a day. My maximum is 68 mpg doing about 65-70mph driving on my own.

Thanks - Is it creeping up as the engine's loosening up?

I've only had 1 tankful through the Panda so far! It got me 386.9 miles, and cost £27.56. That came out as 58 mpg. My average day is 1 mile at 20 mph, then 25 miles at 70 mph, then 3 miles at an average 10 mph.
I've noticed that once you get to higher speeds, the fuel economy starts to drop off (according to the trip computer). At 40 mph in top gear, it generally says 80-100 mpg. But at 70 mph it's more like 48 mpg. :(
Hopefully the engine will loosen up a bit - it only has 600 miles on it so far!
H
