not 100% sure what it works out to in mpg (too lazy to work it out), but my old 899 cinq did 354 miles on one tank going up to Scotland...

Never checked my true MPG before on my '02 Sei Sporting. I usually give it some well and got about 280-290 miles to a tank.

On friday I filled it to the brim, reset the trip, did a bit round town, travelled from nuneaton (near coventry) to barmouth (north wales), and back again, and a bit more town driving before it was time to refil again. the driving was a mix of town, motorway (70mph), and hilly country roads.

After refilling I got the following stats:

Miles : 340.1
Litres: 30.33
=
11.21 m/l or 50.92 mpg


Pretty good I think Just chuffed and curoius what others get?

that was a few years back, on a 1108cc

32.87 Litres of fuel used.

= 39.04 mpg

I run super unleaded, that was on BP ultimate @ 97.9 p/l so 11.4 p/m


Not bad seeming as though i was cruising between 4000-4250rpm

My Sei has been in the wars lately (all about to be fixed hopefully) so she's not running quite right, but still been getting only about 37 mpg-ish.

....just noticed your Sig has changed - you painted your wheels??

On a 899cc I think you'll find that they run a little heavier on the fuel in the real world.

On a sporting I get high 40s to low 50s & I know someone who gets low to mid 50s from a sporting most of the time, both those cars are modified.

Just worked mine out for this week=
54.3mpg

Thats on a mixture of motorway ,A roads and also a good 30 to 40mins a day spent sat in crawling/stationary traffic.

i put £10 so say 2 gallons a week in my car. i refill at about 80ish miles.

40ish mpg . no bad as i have yet to get the cento on the dyno to clean up my messy map. and the fact i dont drive eco. i good hour or two stuck in traffic a week.
