Someone has already nominated Motorsales in Harlow as one to avoid. Well, here are a couple of my horror stories with them :

1. I bought my 96 75SX Punto from them at new. About two years ago, I found out that they'd given me THE WRONG F***ING RED CODE KEY! I found out because I had the car broken into when working in Nottingham, and they totally destroyed the driver side lock. Insurance job, replace all the locks and ignition barrel. Only it turns out the garage couldn't reprogram the ignition as the code key didn't match my car. So now I have two keys - one for the outer doors, and one for the ignition. Their reaction - "oh call back tomorrow and speak to so-and-so - she'll sort it out". I call back - "sorry, she left months ago". I chased them for a while, but gave up out of utter frustration.

2. I drove my car away from a (passed) MOT with NON-FUNCTIONING BRAKES. Nice work you clowns!

Avoid!

They're not a Fiat dealer, but for my last couple of years in Harlow, I used RJ's Motors in The Pinnacles with total satisfaction. Fast, reasonably priced, and very friendly. They now do MOT's on site as well.

motorsales is where i bought my first punto
i found them a bunch of incompetent monkies
not that any other fiat dealer isn't

i just think that they get paid far to little to give a ****

they sold me a 2yr old Uno in 1988 (yes it was a while ago !) which had been clocked by about 60K miles. I used to proudly display a copy of the report from the RMIF engineer who inspected the car on my wall - enough said and nearly 20years on i've never forgiven this garage !
