General MOT: Hazard Lights

Do they check your Hazard Lights on a MOT as mine are not working and my MOt is in 2/3 weeks.

Yeah they do check them on a MOT have you checked the fuse or possibly bulbs? Do your indicators work normally?

yea they deffo check them. I had this problem on my Cinq, and it turned out that they had a bad earth, so I put another earth into them and that sorted them out for the MOT.

Nope, not a Fuse or a bulb. Don't think they are wired up for some odd reason. Previous owners must of been complete chimps. Will get them wired up this weekend.

When I first got mine the hazards didn't work, turned out the wire had been cut by something behind the speedo, could well be that perhaps?

Are your indicators working. If not this would suggest a flasher unit is at fault. Bad earth is a possibility

Indicators work, think the wire has just been cut, for some odd reason.

My old SX did that. think it was a faulty wire somewhere cos i tried other switches and fuses
