Hi all im not really new to the forum been using it for a while now but have just never posted. Ive had my car for about 7 months, my previous car was an Opel Astra SRI. When i bought the car it already had a DP power chip in it as the previous owner wanted better fuel economy for the highway.

So far i am really impressed with the car. Ive put Bilstein B8 shocks and Eibach sportlines in it to give it the low agressive look and to make it handle incredibly well... Goodbye body roll ;) ... Ive also put a set of Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2's on it which just set the car off nicely IMO. Don't really have any other planned mods for it, other than maybe blacking the front grill. So for now ill just be keeping the polish up to it and taking plenty of pictures. Here are some from yesterday after its bi-weekly detail, and also a picture of my previous ride.

damn i just realized i meant to put thread this in the members motors section :/ ... could a mod please move it, if its too much hassle ill delete this one and make a new one.

My new favourite Punto on the forum :) I've been considering a set of these alloys on eBay atm, and this is motivation enough for me currently :p Your GP sits so well on Eibachs, wish my engine was heavier to sink mine some more (y)

Definitely get the front grill blacked. I wouldn't suggest the usual debadge, maybe just swap front and rear to the newer red ones, to match your car colour. Simple yet effective mod.

Thanks guys, always nice to get some good feedback. Shame that where i took the photos the back didn't sit as well as it normally does.

Jordan92 only visual mods probably, only performance mod i might do is a cold air induction and possibly further down the track a bigger FMIC.

Wisey I got the wheels from a shop over there in the uk 'performance alloys' cheaper than buying them from here in aus. I have thought of doing the swap from the blue badges to the red ones, I shall have to play around on photoshop a bit and see how that goes.

Im also tossing up the idea of putting a front splitter on it to make it look a little more aggressive. Also to go with the red and black theme another mod im considering is the Abarth headlights and black vinyl wrapping the mirrors... All to be done in good time. :D

Well a small update on the punto. Ive now fitted some led footwell lights and led festoon globes, thanks to the great tutorials on here. Ive also fitted a K&N CAI, yet to make a surround for it, not much room to play with. Sounds pretty mad, only makes a sound when spooling, quiet as usual on the highway which is what i was hoping for :slayer:

Heres a pic from the other day, bit dirty but you cant really tell.

Cheers,

heres a new pic of the punto. Polished it the other day and so decided not to waste the shinyness of the car so decided some light drawing could do the trick and add some more shine (y) (not the best quality, internet is real slow at the moment so it would of taken forever to upload a HQ one)
