Hi all

Sorry to bother you all again but I need some more help on certain question that are buzzing round my head.

As you know i am going to be picking up my 07 Grande punto on Saturday, i have been thinking that with all these things that may need doing to it, ie computer software updating etc am i best of booking it in to a dealer as soon as i get it? i would ask the dealer i am getting it from but id prefer to make sure its all done by a fiat dealer myself

I mean can i just book it in while it is still under its 2 year warranty and ask them to check all the things that are identified as issues are fixed? or is this not how it works?

Also when it comes to servicing, how much is a service at a fiat dealer?

Thanks for all your help

Chris

You cant book it in for stuff that hasnt gone wrong. Just because it has a warrenty doesnt mean they will check over it for free. They would probably do software update for free but thats abouts it. I would think you would have to pay labour charges to get them to look over it and they found nothing wrong.

Get it, drive it for a while, and if you actually have any issues with it, then either take it back to the folks who sold it to you, or to a Fiat dealer.
