Erm is that directed at yourself? You've just come here and misunderstood people's posts and assumed we were having problems with being banned from your site, yet we're not (with the exception of Ghost, who offered apologies, hence didn't require you to be rude), it's "your lot" who are making such claims which are false.

Ben, what's interesting is that your URL suggests the same as most of my findings, the law from 2003 actually tightens up on copyright for the digital age rather than allowing it to be more leanient.
I have emailed a few people so will see what comes of it anyway, I am interesting as they are pretty sure and well, who likes to lose an argument. It would also make me reconsider EVER posting a picture on the internet in the future.
